Statement of Program Objectives
The objective of Circle of Help Foundation’s Outpatient Treatment Program is to rehabilitate the whole person, allowing them to re-enter society and lead a responsible, successful drug and alcohol free life. This is achieved by educating and treating clients by using our proven tools of recovery. We recognize and fulfill each client’s needs by helping them attain a thorough understanding of themselves and the recovery process.
Circle of Help Foundation strives to rehabilitate the client as stated by the guidelines in the Title 22 regulations (which is on file and available upon request) Clients will be serviced until completion of his/her treatment plan, and goals which are determined attainable by the client as well as the counselor in the initial intake assessment. These goals are time sensitive, a six month program completion date is utilized as the standard time frame to rehabilitate the client. If this time frame is not a feasible, the counselor will then refer the client to an additional more intensive service or sign a justification to continue treatment based upon the reasoning in which the client was unable to successfully obtain program completion. During the course of service, a 90 day Treatment Plan update will be administered to assist in redirecting client services as needed.
At any time during treatment the client has either completed a specific goal, which was set in the initial Treatment Plan creation, or has relapsed, in which client has regressed in his/her treatment goals, the counselor will again reassess the client and create a new treatment plan.
